To establish a line
of credit with ArtBin, with Flambeau, Inc.
please follow these three steps:
STEP 1 - Print out the Credit Application which is provided as an Adobe® PDF file.
STEP 2 - Fill it out.
STEP 3 - Fax it to us.
Fax the completed Credit Application, Resale Certificate and Federal Tax ID to Flambeau, Inc.
at 440-632-1581.
Allow five (5) business
days for confirmation of your account status. Credit is always subject
to approval and review by our Customer Finance Department. All orders
with a net value of under $500.00 NET may require payment by credit card
(MasterCard, VISA, American Express) or cash in advance.
Acrobat Reader™ is a free extension from Adobe® and is required
